Eligibility for Returns

Due to the nature of our products, only unopened and unused items are eligible for return.

To be eligible for a return:

  • Your item must be unused, unopened, and in the same condition that you received it.

  • The return must be requested within 30 days of the delivery date.

  • The item must be in its original packaging.

For health, safety, and hygiene reasons, opened or used products are not eligible for return or refund.


Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or refund:

  • Opened or used products

  • Gift cards

  • Promotional or discounted items (final sale)


How to Initiate a Return

Include the following information:

  • Order number

  • Name used to place the order

  • Reason for the return

Once your return request is approved, we will provide return instructions.


Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to an error on our part (such as receiving the wrong item or a damaged product).

Shipping costs are non-refundable.


Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved:

  • Your refund will be processed to the original method of payment.

  • Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear, depending on your payment provider.


Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and include photos of the product and packaging. We will work with you to resolve the issue promptly.


Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received a refund after the stated processing time:

  • First, check your bank account again.

  • Then contact your credit card company, as it may take additional time before your refund is officially posted.

  • If you’ve done all of this and still have not received your refund, please contact us at biocompleteproducts@gmail.com.


Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to exchange an item, please initiate a return (if eligible) and place a new order.
