Order Processing
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive a notification when your order has shipped.
Please note that processing times may be extended during periods of high order volume, promotions, holidays, or unforeseen circumstances.
Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
Estimated delivery times vary depending on your location and the shipping method selected at checkout. Typical delivery times range from 3–7 business days after shipment for domestic orders.
Delivery delays can occasionally occur and are outside of our control once the order has been handed off to the carrier.
Shipping Destinations
BioComplete currently ships to addresses within the United States.
At this time, we do not ship internationally.
Shipment Confirmation & Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number. Tracking information may take up to 24 hours to update once your order has been shipped.
Shipping Carriers
We ship orders using reputable carriers such as USPS, UPS, or FedEx. Carrier selection is based on destination, shipping method, and package size.
Incorrect or Incomplete Addresses
Please ensure that your shipping address is entered correctly at checkout. BioComplete is not responsible for orders delayed or lost due to incorrect or incomplete address information provided by the customer.
If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, additional shipping charges may apply to reship the order.
Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages
BioComplete is not responsible for lost or stolen packages once they are marked as delivered by the carrier. If your package arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the damaged item and packaging so we can assist you.
